ambroria custard pots

Does anyone know how many syns in the custard pots please? Normal and low fat, I usually have the low fat or chocolate if I'm having a treat.

go by calories 1 syn/20 calories they will both be high as low fat still has loads of sugar

here's a few - they are the same on every plan as there is no free food - doesn't seem like you save many syns going for the low fat one to me! x
