Turkey sausages!!!

OMG I'm really quite excited. Asda have turkey sausages, now as a red day follower would these be free....or have a syn value for the skin they're in? Sorry if its a stupid question but these will be great for pigs in blankets

No they are no syn free I'm afraid. If you do a search there are previsou threads about them which will have the syn values but shouldn't be high.

Asda's turkey sausages are 2 syns each on EE and Red, and 5 syns each on Green.

They are gorgeous though... yummy!

wow I'm surprised theyre that high...oh well will have to just get some low fat ones for xmas.

I usually have the normal sausages, but have 2 instead of 3... slice em in half longways, that way I feel like I'm having 4 sausages, but less syns... not sure it helps with the pigs in blankets, but it works with bangers & mash!!
