I follow green days, but had a bacon roll this morning. 2 pieces of bacon in a white roll, could someone guesstimate the syns please

An average rasher of bacon is 4 on green as long as you grill it. If you remove the fat then it's 2 syns a rasher.
Bread rolls vary so much! A soft white roll is 7.5 syns on average, a crusty roll is 9 and a large bap is 14.
If you had spread/butter or sauce you'd need to syn this too.
Think you've pretty much used up your syns for the day (if not gone over them!)
