Tinned syns?

Hi I am new here & I am a SW failure :cry: but wanna get back on the wagon.
Can anyone tell me how many syns the Aldi Hunters irish stew is on EE please?
Also if you know of any other nice quick low syn tinned foods are please. I sometimes work outside & they are nice 'n handy to pop in a flask.
