Could someone tell me the syns in a 35ml vodka, and a bottle of rose wine please? Thanks x

I *think* vodka is 3.5 syns for 35ml and rose wine is approxiamately 30 syns for a full bottle. But that's off the top off my head.

In slimming world book 35ml of vodka is 4 sins and 250mls of rose wine is 9 sins so on the wine front it depends on the size of the bottle! Personally I would stick to the vodka with a diet or slimline mixer!!
