I can't wait to try these I hate having a soggy microwaved potato for lunch at work!
I'm thinking the syns should be quite low as i've had a look on the McCain website and it says 208cals per potato - and an average baking potato is about 190cals (obviously depending on size!) so hopefully only a few syns each!!

i tried them - they were just jackets with skins on - but were pretty much like any microwaved jacket spud.

I didnt add any syns for the oil content. They were just jackets! x

I saw these in Iceland and was wondering about them!! Are they crispier than when you chuck a fresh potato in the microwave yourself?

Hard to work out how much they weigh, but according to this if they're about 200g each (which Im guessing from the values per 100g vs values per item) that makes them about 2 syns? Not bad.

I spotted a trial pack of these yesterday, but forgot to go back for them at the end of my shop.

Not too sure now, whether to give them a go or not?

Someone from my SW group said they're one syn each - how they know that I don't know though, so not sure how reliable that info is.

The skin on these are very nice but felt the actual potato tasted too watery!

I should hope it did have its skin on, or else it would have been horrible to pick up!

I had one yesterday from a takeaway outlet, who served it with beans and a side salad (no dressing). As there are no syn values from SW yet, I've allowed the same amount as the Wetherspoon ones:

Jacket Potato with Baked Beans without Butter & Creamy Salad Dressing 1
