What is the lowest Syn Beer or Cider to have?

What Beer - Cyder Has The Least Syn's

Could someone help me I go to football games and I don't know what beer or cider has the lowest Syn's.
I can get anything it doesn't have to be something their at the game because most of the times it is for the coach.

Dry Cider is 4.5syns per 250mls
Basic lager is 7.5syns per 250mls

Also try having your syns on a weekly basis rather than daily, it will help with the weekend drinking
