Hi could anyone tell me the Syn value for tesco Chinese seasonin sachets? And also for schwartz jerk spice?

Flavourful Jamaican Jerk Chicken Mix, dried , 27g sachet 3½

ant find the Tesco thing but it'll be 1 syn per 20 calories
