Just started!!!

Hi everyone, I have just started doing slimming world again after having a baby. I lost 8 lbs at the end of 2010 then found out I was pregnant. Anyway luckily didnt put on hardly any weight and now weigh 2 lbs more than when I got pregnant so back to square one. I am 12st 9 and would love to loose 2 stone ish but at the moment my first target is to get below 12st. I am trying extra easy but not an expert so I hope im doing it right

b- 2 sl ww bread hexb, bacon, egg (1 for low fat spread)
l- pastansauce, broc 1 syn ( i think)
d- pork steak, mash, gravy (2syns?) veg
tea and a choc digestive (4syns)
total for today - 8
