Sainsbury's Duck & Hoisin Wrap?

Hi guys,

Do you by any chance have any idea what the syn value for the Duck and Hoisin (no mayo) wrap from Sainsbury's might be? I've worked it out via 20 calories = 1 syn but it came to about 19. I'm sitting here looking at it really hungry but determined not to eat it if it comes back as a solid 19 syns, that would be ridiculous! I'm hoping some syns may be shaved off as there is Lettuce, Cucumber, Chinese Leaf, Spring Onion and Coriander in it as well as duck which is technically syn free (although I doubt I'll get away with saying that as I'm sure when it's manufactured they don't remove much of the fat.)

I've got the nutritional values here. Can any of it be counted as a cheeky healthy extra b(tortilla)?

Energy 380 kcal
Fat 8.4g
sat fat 2.6g
sugars 11.0g
salt 2.13g

Thanks! :D

Yes its 1 syn per 20 calories Im afraid. Sandwiches dont count for free food, the only thing you can do is deduct 6 syns for a HEX if its on wholemeal bread, but this wrap doesnt qualify for that either so its 19 syns.
