Hi all,

In most see recipes I come across it says to use mince beef, do you think it would be more synfull to use mince steak? I find mince beef a bit oily for my liking!

As long as it is extra lean it would still be syn free

Problem number 2, where do you get extra lean? Morrisons only do lean x

chilled in tesco extra lean think its about £3.20

morrisons scottish mince which is also nearly £3 a pk is extra lean i asked their butchers

Waitrose do mince extra lean (5%) if that helps...sad their minced pork is 8% though.....:break_diet:
