golden syrup

can anyone tell me the syn value of lyles golden syrup please

i know i know i shouldnt have it but i wanted porridge and i usually have a teaspoon of maple syrup on it but had ran out!!

I just needed something satisfying this morning as was feeling blurgh and couldnt be bothered to cook bacon and eggs and remembered oat so simple satchets were a HeX B i just hope its not too high as ive already eaten it but havent had anymore syns for today YET

It will be the usual 1 syn per 20 calories, it'll be pretty much the same syns as your maple syrup.

Basic, Golden syrup, 1 level tbsp 2

i only had a tespoon so if i allow one syn and that is fab although i def prefer maple syrup
i was imaginin having huge syns

No, hioney, syrup, treacle etc are all just concentrated sugar solutions so all roughly the same calorie/syn wise
