What is the latest with these in regards to a syn value?

Some say that they are syn free without the little packet of seasoning. But others say they are 7 syn with or without seasoning.

Any help with this is much appreciated.

Take a look at the ingredients - does it say there is oil? If so then they are def not free. Is suspect this will be case because I can't see there being 7 syns worth in a little sachet of flavouring.

the chicken ones are 7 7 19 syns
curry ones 6 6 20 syns

the super noodles light ones are free by bachelors better off stocking up on them x

I've used the tesco value noodle's as free without the powder sachet from the very beginning - i suppose if it works i'll stick to it, but if my loses slow it could be something to look at!!
