Number of syns allowed in a week

Hi

I cannot afford to join a club so I am doing the plan on my own. I've got all the books that I need off the Ebay and I know the plan as I've done it in the past.t I just need to know whether the plan is still for 10 - 15 syns per day or whether it's moved on to syns per week. I weigh 14.4 if that helps!

5-15 syns a day.You can save some up and spend more than 15 of them in a day if you want.
