Had a sausage this morning, have no idea what make as it was from the counter at my local shop, medium sized sausage and im sure it was deep fried :/ any idea of syn value?

I just looked on the slimming world app and thin sausages are 3 syns and thick sausages ate 6.5 syns so somewhere in between like 4.5 syns and I think it's 1 syn for every teaspoon of oil but not 100% sure on that x my local butchers sells slimming world burgers and sausages
