syn value needed please...

Hi guys can anyone find out the syn value of ASDA Mini Neapolitan Cake Slices there are 16 slices the nutritional values per 100g are,

272kcal
Protein 4.2g
Carbohydrate 30.5g
Fat 14.6g
of which saturates 9.4g
Fibre 1.0g

many thanks need chocolate or cake lol :cry: xxx

1 syn per 20 calories as no free food. So 272/20 = 13.5 syns per 100g, no idea how big the packet is.

According to asda online these are 20g each as there is no free food allowance in them you can work out the syns as 20cals = 1 syn.

100g = 272 cals
therefore 20g = 54.4 cals

Round it up to 55cals to be safe

20 cals = 1 syn so
55 cals = 2.75 syns

Round it up to 3 to be safe.

So I reckon there are 3 syns in each slice.

Sorry for the drawn out math problem it reminded me of being at school and I quite enjoyed it!

how does fat content affect syn's?? thank you

The fat content will be reflected in the calories and hence the syn value
