Saving Syns

Hi guys, sorry if this is an exhausted subject, just heard lots of different things about this and wanted to clear it up.

Can you save syns up?
As in, I don't have any syns mon-fri, and have extra on saturday?
Not saying I would do this every week, but I've had a night out planned for next saturday (21st) for ages, and was a bit worried about syns for alcohol etc., but thought it might help to cut out syns just for next week and it might help a bit?

If it's a one off special occasion you would be better use flexi-synning. Do a search to find out how that works
