I have been making lots of scrummy food with super free foods. EG chilli or spag bol full of veggies. When you do this is the 1/3 of a plate extra on top of this or can you include all the veggies in your food as part of your 1/3?
 
The veggies you include in your meal also count as part of your superfree :)
