Does anyone know how many syns are in a pack of this hunters chicken? Just bought one as was reduced. Thanks.

If you post the NV's someone wil calculate it for you - although Im pretty sure this one has been asked a few times before so the answer might be there if you do a search.

Thanks Ermintrude, I did have a search for it but no joy!Details per 100g is as follows: energy 570kj, calories 140kcal, protein 19.5g, carbs 3.5g, fat 5.3g , saturates 2.3g. The pack is 400g. Any help would be v much appreciated.

Using chikcne as Free food I get:

7 Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy
