gutted about super noodles

ive only been at it for a few days, and have been super good, that is until today :sigh:, made a stirfry and used curry supernoodles thinking they were free, why are normal noodles free but not super noodles, in future what noodles should i buy?

The low fat Supernoodles are free - chicken and herb, sweet Thai chilli And chicken n herb. The ordinary Supernoodles aren't free. Things like plain noodles in packs ARE free though!

The full fat noodles have oil listed in ingredients - that is why they are so high in syns

What are the Thai sweet chilli ones like? I tried the chick and herb and they were awful!!

I had the normal chilli chicken ones low fat and they were really nice, I couldn't tell they were low fat. I haven't tried chicken and herb or Thai chilli chicken yet though :)

i have had tge sweet chilli ones abd they are nasty, i had blue dragon noodle nests they were really good in my stirfry today, cooked really quickly too :)

Sorry missed your reply.
I quite like the sweet Thai chilli ones, I certainly prefer them to the chicken n herb. But my SW buddy says she thinks they're nasty. I'd get a pack n try them, I spose they are a bit of an acquired taste!

Are the Chilli Chicken ones free on EE and Green?:flirt2:

I think you need to use the dried egg noodles or dried plain noodles, they can be found in the chinese section and you can get ones by blue dragon etc. To flavour them i just add a stock cube or a tea spoon of curry powder etc to the water when boiling. Adding garlic and pepper into noodles that have been cooked in chicken stock is yummy

xx

I tried the sweet Thai chilli ones yesterday and quite liked them! Not tried chicken ones yet. Wish there were more flavours in the low fat one :(

i really like the chilli chicken variety, i tend to mix them with chicken, spring onions and mushrooms which i cook in fry light and soy sauce then add the cooked noodles its delicious. xx

Does anyone know if its the noodles or the sachets of seasoning that contain the oil. Just wondering if I could use the beef flavouring sachet with the low fat noodles. I don't really like the low fat flavours

It's the noodles

I'm not sure thats totally true, i know the noodles do have oil but the super saucy noodles are half the syns, and seem to use the same noodles? That suggests to me that the normal flavourings contain fat too, but obvioulsly i might be wrong

I have the chilli chicken with birdseye steam fresh veg and chicken ans its lush and its all free on extra easy :D
