Hi

Does anyone know the syn values for extra light, light and normal salad cream??

Plus does anyone know if the extra light stuff is nice ?? Thanks !!

Salad Cream, 1 level tbsp 2½
Salad Cream, Light, 30% Less Fat, 1 level tbsp 2
Salad Cream, Light, 70% Less Fat, 1 level tbsp 1

I use the Extra Light, its nowhere near as good as the real deal but its better than other brands I've tried and I dont find the Light any better than the Extra Light, so Extra Light it is

I use the 70% Less Fat Heinz Salad Cream & its lovely. I cant compare it to other brands as always been a Heinz girl. Im pleased to see its only 1 Syn per tbsp as I was calculating it as 1.5 Syns per tbsp......only have the old books!!!

Mine says 50% less fat, it's salad cream lite, im in Australia, so would i be best to sin it at 1.5 or 2 ??

Itll be 1 syn per 20 calories so just calculate it based on the nutritional information on the bottle.
