Hi guys,
My name is Becky and I'm a newbie to this site but it looks really helpful and I am hoping you guys can help me!! I'm back on the Slimming World after putting on too many lbs over Xmas (I know I'm not alone lol)
I have done SW before so I know it works. I'm doing at homes can't afford the meetings etc.
My question is: can anybody tell me how any syns are the small energy drinks please??

Can you be a bit more specific - what is the name of the energy drink, and how big is the can/bottle?

As an example, a 250ml can of Red Bull is 5.5 Syns. If you can drink the Sugar Free variety, that will be FREE.

1 syn per 20 calories as theres no free food in them.

And theyre *so* not worth it

Hiya, it's 250ml and from Aldi, it isn't Sugar Free

Has it not got a specific name? We cant search for it unless we know exactly what its called.

If you just check the nutrition information on the packet and divide by 20 that is how many syns it is.

Unfortunately syns online is only listing the Diet version (which is free).

You can almost always find out the calories if you google - then just divide by 20 for the syn value
