its my birthday 2mro and as a treat 2nte after weigh in 2nte me and my bf are going to share a pizza, the pizza we get is between us and is quite thin, i usually have jalepenos and sweetcorn on mine, in the size we get there is usually around 4 slices each, anyone any idea how many syns this would be?? im baffled

Where do you get it from? if it's one of the big names you can probably find out the nutritional info by googling and then use 1 syn for every 20 calories. Otherwise you would need to find a comparable pizza and use that as an estimate.

its from my local pizza shop, il maybe base it on one similar from tescos or somewhere xx

Find a similar one on Tescos online and check out the calories in it, then divide by 20.

They show all the nutritional values on their website.
