what is the syn value of salt & vin snack a jacks on sw ????????

I think it's 5 syns per bag x

1 syn for every 20 calories. By the way there is a great search tool on this forum where you find the syns of pretty much anything

Look to the top right of the screen you will see "MiniMins.com Site Search". Tick the "Minimins search" rather than the "Web search" for the best results.



If you're ever on a computer and need to find something on the screen Ctrl-click F (for 'Find') and type in the word you're looking for

Here's another post for people looking for more detail:

Look to the top right of the screen again - top blue bar, third from right you will also see 'Search' - click on it and then click 'Advanced Search':





Then you can type in exactly what you're looking for in 'Keyword' and exactly what part of Minimins youre looking for it in (eg 'Slimming World' > 'Syn Values' (or 'Recipes' or whatever it is you're looking for) to filter out all the info related to totally different plans/topics
