Blue Dragon sauce sachets

Does anyone know how many syns are in the Blue Dragon sauce sachets? I love using them, they bring a stir fry to life!!

I've got 2 in the cupboard at the moment:

Chow Mein flavour:
per 100g:

Energy 82 kcal
Protein 0.7
Carbs 15.7g
Fat 1.9g (0.1g saturated fat)
Fibre 0.2g

Sweet Chilli and Garlic flavour
per 100g:

Energy 118 kcal
Protein 0.2g
Carbs 28.8g
Fat 0.1g
Fibre 0.3g

You can work out the syns of all foods without free foods in the main ingredients using one syns for every 20 calories.

Does that mean the Chow Mein sauce is only 4syns per 100g then?? Sorry I haven't heard of working syns out like that before...just want to check I've got that right.
