Bbq glaze

Should I syn it?
Amko BBQ glaze powder. Can't find this anywhere. It's a glaze powder that I bought from the butchers that they use to marinate meat. No NV on packet. Ingredients are sugar salt starch natural ground spices and glycerine.
Would only b using a small amount.
Any thoughts anyone???

Hiya. Not heard of it myself but personally, with no NV if I wasn't using much + what I used would be shared twixt family as well, I wouldn't syn at all.

Also, do you always use ALL your syn allowance? If you've probably got nowt to worry about - enjoy.

Thanks for that. I hav bought already glazed meat from the same butchers and never counted it & dnt think it affected my weight loss. Think I will marinate my pork tonight ready to make kebabs tomorrow! Looking forward to them now! Mmm
