I made yorkshires in pampered chef stoneware muffin pan. Sprayed pan with fry lite. 4 eggs, 75g P flour, 175ml semi skimmed milk. made 12 huge yorkshires. How many syns?

The plain flour will be 15 syns. The milk is 4 syns. Eggs are free. So about 1.5 syns per yorkshire :)

Blimey! thats great! 1.5 for a huge yorkshire pudding! i love yorkshire and miss toad in the hole soooo much. im going to make some tonight now using my morrisons sausages which are only half a syn :) woop woop! your enquiry just made my day :) xxx

Its a different recipe to normal yorkshires, but the huge advantage with the stoneware is that you don't need any fat. Also, you put the mix into a cold muffin pan, and then into a hot oven. I've used pampered chef stuff for years - it is expensive (but I used to be a pampered chef consultant, so got discount!) but worth it, particularly the stoneware stuff, which allows lots of low fat cookery.
