hi, can anyone tell me how many syns are in rice noodles on extra easy, purchased them from asda in the chill section?

In extra easy should be free

If they're chilled they're unlikely to be free as they usually have oil added to stop them sticking together.

You'd need to let us know the exact product name or the NVs to know the syns though, although its usually not too much.
