HELP!!! I've ran out of my normal bread does any one know if I can use kings mill 50/50 as a healthy extra B???? If not how many syns would it be? Thank you x x
No sorry it is not wholemeal and so can't be used as a HEB. You can use 1 syn for every 20 calories to work out the syns but you are prob looking at around 4 syns for a medium slice and 5 for a thick one
