Hi There,

I found Dixie Diner Pizza Crust Mix on the Low carb megastore, does anyone know the syn value of this?

It'll be 1 syn per 20 calories as there no free food in it. According to this that's about 240kcal so 12 syns a packet. Thats before you add any oil/topping etc.
