Can anyone help and tell me the syn value of weight watchers Cumberland sausages and also if mashed potato is free of suns please and thank u x

Weight watchers reduced fat cumberland sausages are 1/2 a syns each on red or ee or 3 1/2 syns each on green.
The potato for your mash will be free on green and ee but you need to syn any butter, spread or milk that you add. If you're on red then mash potato is 4 syns per 100g (with no milk or butter).
