Small granary roll

Hello

Could someone tell me how many syns in a small granary roll (no seeds). It was Asda's own bakery, no nutritional info on the packaging.

I'm assuming i can't substitute this for my HExB? (Dad ate the last wholemeal roll :cry

You can count part of it as your HEB and syn the rest.. So if it was 7syns you can take off 6 (as that's what is in a HEB) and just count it as 1 syn

No sorry you can't count it towards your HEB because it is granary and granary bread is not a HEB.

Bread rolls, Granary bap, average each 13
Bread rolls, Granary roll, average each 8½
