I only know extra easy.
I've been trying to find out about curry sauce also. I've been told chicken curry with fried rice is 10 but after more investigation this is far too low so I haven't dared have it yet!
Boiled rice and boiled noodles are free
Fried rice is 4 (300g)
The chips are deep fried so a lot! For a regular portion from a chip shop its 17.5 (227g) large is 26 (340g)

I know they're not strictly CHinese version but itll give you a rough idea:
Curry sauce, ambient, 100g 5½
Curry sauce, fish & chip shop, average portion, 150g serving 6
Fish & Chip Shops, Curry Sauce, average portion, per serving 6
100g is like a very small pot of yoghurt size.
Like vintagepockets says, boiled rice or boiled noodles are free but once you fry anything it goes off the scale
