Just started the other day just wondered my fave day is red days , but is bacon free on a red day ? x

Yes but make sure to cut off all visible fat before cooking.

Sorry to post off topic in this thread, but what are red days? I am starting Slimming World this week but I don't know too much about it so far. Thanks.
