chicken fajitas.

Should be pretty easy to adapt from any recipe really. First hit on Google brought me this one - all the spices, veg & chicken are free so just cook in Fry Light instead of oil, replace sour cream with fat-free yoghurt/Quark or whatever (or just omit it) and use a Weight Watchers wrap (5 syns) or similar to put it all in.

Another one here looks a bit better, again just omit/substitute sugar with sweetener (although it's only 1.5 syns for 0.5 tbsp, which serves six anyway!)

A Jamie Oliver one here - same again - omit the oil, use a low-syn wrap and low-fat yoghurt/Quark. You could use your HEX for some cheese. There's also a fab poicamole recipe on here you can make instead of guacamole, I love it, Ill find it for you in a minute. There's a gazillion salsa recipes on here too.

SW is just about adapting any recipe to make it a bit healthier tbh :)

Here you go, my adaptation of the poicamole recipe:

- 150-200g frozen peas
- 1 large clove garlic
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- About 6 slices of red jalapeno (I use Discovery)
- 1/2 a medium onion, chopped
- Plenty S&P

- Cook peas for about 5min and leave to cool
- Put all ingredients plus a splash of water in a processor and whizz to a hummus-consistency

Voila :)

I bought a schwartz perfect shake fajita bottle this week which I think is no syns. I tend to have a red day and have chicken, peppers, mushrooms, onions (all free), 3 asda wholewheat wraps (the small ones by the fajita kits) which are 4.5 syns each, a HEX of cheese, fat free fromage frais and 1tbs salsa per wrap which works out at 1 - 1.5 syns depending on the salsa I buy.

Yummy fajitas for 15 syns (I just eat free food for the rest of the day).
