These will all be 1 syn per 20 calories as there's no free food in any of them.
Between 2 and 4 syns per 100ml for the juice
About 7.5 syns for a can (330ml) for the coke.
The Nescafé are between 1 and 7.5 syns per serving depending on flavour.
Smart Price Yorkshire Puddings, 12 pack, frozen, 18g each 2
The Philadelphia is 3 syns for 50g or you can have it as a HEX.

Ive got to say - to be quite honest NONE of the above are a good choice for SW :(

The drinks you need to be getting sugar free (eg diet Coke, or supermarket own brand sugar free stuff)
Fruit juice is all synned so either eat good old raw fruit instead or have only a small portion of juice
Chips and roasties you can make yourself without fat to make them syn free - look up 'SW chips' on here
Yorkshire puds you can also make your own version that are moderately low in syns (and cheaper! ;) )
Cheese you need to be getting the Light or Extra Light versions, not the full fat
Similarly you need to be looking at Extra Lean mince to be free or at the very least Lean mince which is relatively low in syns

Are you going to SW meetings?

Thanks so much it really helps, that's stuff my husband and kids usually like but I'd rather not buy if were all trying to eat healthier! It means I can make healthier choices doing my shopping tomorrow
Now :) I'm supposed to be starting a group on Friday morning with my friend , she's already started so I'm trying to get my head around it all before hand! :)

Ah right well I wouldn't worry, your consultant will explain it all to you :)
Youre much better off cooking stuff from scratch than using ready made stuff if you can. Most recipes can be adapted to make them SW-friendly just by cutting out or reducing fat and sugar-heavy stuff or replacing it with low fat/low sugar alternatives. And you can usually squeeze some fruit & veg in without the rest of the family really needing to know ;)

Youll get the hang of it in no time, good luck x :)

I love fruit and veg thank goodness, it's just encouraging the other half to eat the stuff I make from scratch as in twelve years he still won't eat my veg soups or pasta dishes , he'd rather eat a microwave fish pie! Then he wonders why he's not losing weight haHA!
My downfall is chocolate but I will be good ;) xx
