I found a packet of this Rösti in the back of my cupboard (I bought it in Heron foods, if I remember correctly) and am now wondering how many syns it has. It contains potatoes (obviously), onions, vegetable oil, salt, spices (and some chemicals).
The nutritional values as per 100 g are as follows:
88 kcal
protein 1.8
carbohydrates 13.9
Fat 2.8
