No - alcohol is by definition made of sugars, so can never be syn free.
Even 'low alcohol' stuff is generally a rip off, its hardly any less syns. You're better off having the real stuff but a bit less of it. Have one soft drink to every glass of alcohol, or halve the size of your glass a) it still tastes just fine b) its a lot cheaper! Or have a spritzer if you really, really must.
