Firstly I was gonna ask how many syns are in one Herta Classic Frankfurter? and also how many syns is in one tablespoon of pesto? Gonna have pesto pasta for lunch on Thursday or Friday but it would be good to know before hand. It says that if you have a 1/4 of the jar (which I won't when I have it, probably two tablespoons max) it is 84 calories, but the jar is 190g, so I won't be having almost 50g pesto in my pasta. Thanks in advance.

The pesto is 1 syn per 20 calories. A LEVEL tbsp is 15ml and is hardly anything really, I expect two tablespoons if theyre not totally levelled out with a knife will be getting towards 50g.
A tablespoon works out at 26.5 calories, so two level tbsp is 53 calories so 2.5 syns.
