How many syns on EE or red is all the smash potato. And which flavours may have or may not have syns? I've searched everywhere for the value, so really sorry if there is a thread floating about somewhere. Thanks x

Smash, Buttery, made up with water, 100g made up ½ 3
Smash, Original, made up with water, 100g made up Free 2½
Smash, Cheddar & Onion, made up with water, 100g made up Free 3
Smash, Original, New Recipe with Full Cream Milk, dried, 88g sachet 114½
Smash, Original, New Recipe with Full Cream Milk, made up with water, 100g made up ½ 3
On EE you pick the lowest value (ie Green). On Red it'll be 1 syn per 20 calories as theres no free food.
