Thread: truvia sweetener

hi sorry if this has been asked before but just picked up a box of this on trail price at asda but now im not sure if its free or synned

free. it's a "non nutritive" sweetener, meaning it has no, or negligible calories. and you're braver than me. I saw the price and picked up my normal sucralose lol.

wish i had left it on the shelf it horrible and leaves a real nasty after taste

Tesco own brand Sucralose (yellow pot ,feels like nothing's in it) is LOVELY. no after taste. AT ALL. even my little girl didn't notice it was on her cornflakes this morning and she normally complains if I use canderel.

i used the new candral yellow in my slimming world fruit cake friday and it was really nice

Thanks for this - I don't think I'll bother trying it either! I find Splenda OK for the few times I use it, but I'll give the Tesco own brand a try as well
