Real Ale

Hiya all. I'm new to Slimming World, started it Tuesday 31st January 2012. I love veg and salad so I'm finding it really easy to get recipes...so far so good.
The only thing is I'm not much of a spirits girl. I like my real ale, which is probably why I'm 15stone!! lol
I've found the syn count for Guinness but does anyone know any others? Hobgoblin preferably. I'd just die if I couldn't have a bottle of that anymore.

The only syns I've found on syns online are for Abbott Ale at 11 syns per 500ml, so I use that as a guide for any of my real ale drinking
