Hi All,

I have started slimming world on my own this time. I have all the books but I can't find Kellys Cornish Ice cream. I know some one else asked this before but the syn value provided was 11 syns per portion/package. No mention of what the portion/package was. I don't know if it was for 28 grams or the 120 ml package they sell. Any help would be great.

the honeycomb one is

11 Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy
11 Syns per package/portion on Green
11 Syns per package/portion on Original

Just so I am clear and don't go over my syns. 100g of the honey comb = 11 syns?

It's not listed online, but ice cream will always be 1 syn per 20 caloriues as there is nothing free in it.

According to their website 100g is 230 calories so 11.5 syns.

You can always work it out this way for *anything* that doesnt have free food in

I have weight watchers vanilla ice cream 2 scoops for 2syns as its 40calories (comes with its own scoop too so you can measure it properly) tastes lovely too

I have swedish glace soya ice cream (even "milky" friends don't notice the difference) and it's about the same... 10 syns for 100g, which I find to be a lot of ice cream.
