M&S Honduran Prawn

Hi all

I bought one of those prawns and cocktail sauce pots today from M&S - the one that is in the lunch section, similar to the carrots and houmous and foccacia sticks and houmous. I've thrown the pack away without thinking - does anyone know how many syns it has?

I'm doing extra easy, so the prawns would be free, and would just be the cocktail sauce to syn.

Thanks, I'll happily take that syn value, but I suspect its more given the cocktail sauce! I'll have to have a sneaky peak at the packaging next time i'm in there.
