It says in the book that all Alpen lights are free for a health b does this include the choc and fudge one this is light is has the sane syn value as the others x

Yes, you can have two Alpen Lights for a HEB (any Alpen Light it doesn't matter, my fav is Choc and Orange but the Choc and Fudge are nice too).

OMG! 2 of them as 1 HEB? Is that on EE? I only bought a box of these last night and can't wait to have 2 of them guilt-free today.

I only do red or green days but I assume EE is the same so yes 2 x Alpen Lights = 1 HEB. You only get 1 Weetabix or Ryvita Plus bar for 1 HEB though.

how many syns are they if I dont use them as a HEB?
