Hi

Does anyone know the syns in brawn? There's no nutritional info but the ingredients are: pork 58%, water, pork gelatine, dextrose, salt, lactose, spices, antioxidants, glucose syrup, celery, preservative, yeast extract, onions, herbs, and it says at the bottom it contains milk (in the allergen bit)... it's a 200g tub. Tastes great so can't be free

Aw you should try it - the ingredients don't do it any justice! It tastes like the sausage you get in a sausage roll from Greggs its amazing!!!

I'd never had it until now. Bf loves it, but he also likes rollmops, gherkins, olives & dried sausage things so I usually politely decline the offer of a taste of his food, but the brawn looked lovely so I had a taste and then had to find out the syns cos I wanna get more of it
