Does anybody have any idea how to syn the follow.

10 ikea meatball
Mash (thought it was a better choice than chips)
Gravy
Red current sauce

I've searched and there doesn't seem much info on ikea foods.

Was there any nutritional info on the pack? You can work it out with 20 calories per 1 syn. I love those meatballs so would love to know the syns :drool:

Nutrition here. Not really enough to calculate syns though. tbh youve eaten it now so it makes no difference, Id just call that the syns for the day and start again tomorrow.

Thanks for your help. I did think it might be about 35 syns. I should be fine, I'm in day 4 since weigh in and only had 12 syns so far this week.

Hi

Swedish Meatballs for 100g are 7 syns on Extra Easy and Original and 11.5 Syns on Green
