let myself down :(

Evening,

i am having a sulk/moan/worry about my past 2 days im soooooo angry and disapointed at myself:(

i went friday night and drank..2 small glasses of wine (rose and white) 4 double vodka and diet coke...2 raspberry sambucas and one normal sambuca...this is all i remember i know there was more but cant do anything about that...
then yesterday i have worse hangover EVER so had 3 ryvita with nutella and a hot choco made with normal cadbury chocolate powder..lunch was jacket with beans and cheese..dinner was...WHITE PITTA BREAD and chicken donnar and lamb shish kebab...today i have had 2 weightwatchers toast with nutella..roast dinner with no roast potatos or gravey just meat and veg ...3 tiny ring donuts and this evening had plain chicken in weight watchers wrap with cheese and salad...and now i have just eaten nutella and 2 bloody ryvita...:eek: i am bad im reallllllllll bad :cry:

can anyone work out roughly how many syns i have eaten in the past 2 days? :break_diet:

WI is on wednesday ..is there much hope for me ????
 
There is all the hope in the world, you've admitted you've done it and you can draw the line here and stick to the plan as of NOW.

No need to count how many syns you've had, it would be impossible and pointless anyway, they are inside you now, nothing you can do - but you CAN do something about everything you eat from now until Wednesday. Just stick to the plan 100% and youll be fine.

We all do it, nobody can be an angel all the time, the hard bit is putting it behind you and getting back on track straight away.

Think about how much you would have drank/eaten if you weren't on sw. Would it have been the same/more? I'm guessing it would, so don't worry! No one is perfect, its just a couple if days, carry on as normal :)
 
awh ladyferret i did exactly the same, i drank a full bottle of wine before going out then countless drinks when i went out and then had a chicken burger on the way home, and today has been anything but perfect, but ermintrude is right, we just have to draw a line under it and hopefully if we are 100% from now until wed, the weigh-in wont be too scary!! Dont dwell on it too much chuck xx
 
thanks everyone :) i lost 4.5 bs last week and was mega chuffed just dont want to blow my hard work and expensive shops lol...i feel much better now :)
 
I'm glad you feel better, when you feel like having a break / stopping the diet, remember how you felt when you posted your first message, hopefully that will motivate you to continue! Good luck xx
