Need to have some syns!

Hi guys,

Decided to cut out alcohol for a while, no particular reason, just wanted to try it for a while. Problem is, I used to use my syns for wine in the evenings, and now I'm a bit stuck!

I know that I should try and incorporate some syns in to my daily meals but I've got so used to my usual daily meals that I can't think how to add them in.

I don't have a sweet tooth so I have no desire to have a chocolate bar or sweets.

My main issue is that I'm just not hungry! Like now, the day is nearly over, I've had 0 syns and I'm really not hungry at all, so I don't want to eat something just for the sake of it but I know I should be having them.

Any ideas of how I can try and get some syns in this evening easily?
 
As for adding them to your meals... why not use a little oil instead of frylight, or have a little bit extra of your healthy extras ie. a bit more cereal, an extra piece of bread, a little more cheese etc.
 
thanks guys, will try all of these. Didn't even think of fruit juice, good idea especially for those days when I'm not feeling hungry. Thing is I know I could force stuff down but it just seems counterproductive when I don't want it!!

Will definitely try and incorporate things like olive oil instead of frylight into my meals during the day.
