Can anyone tell me the syn value for Sainsbury's be good to yourself fish pie and cottage pie please???

If you haven't tried them the Sainsburys Be Good To yourself sausages are fantastic and a lot more like a real banger than the weightwatchers equivalent. They are 1/2 syn each too !
